We hope you love your items that have been lovingly designed as much as we do but If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase...

simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. Please enclose details of order number name and reason for return 

Please enclose your name and order number clearly and what is needed is needed for refund and pop the note inside with order .

We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt within 14 days .

Please note that our policy lasts 14 days since your date of receipt If you pass that window, unfortunately, you will not be able to return the item and we can’t offer you a refund.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.

- At this time, we are not able to process exchanges. If you want to exchange an item you will need to process a return and buy it again.

- We reserve the right to run sales and discounts on our items at any time.

we reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges if the item is soiled or smells of perfume /washing detergents and marks satins and hairs on items or any strong smells , item must be in original condition in original packaging and if it’s not in a resellable condition refund will be refused and you will have the option to have items sent back to yourself at your own cost .
